I love The Palms! I have degenerative disks in my lower back,and have had muscle spasms in my back for years that not much of anything helped. I have been to two other massage therapists, and let me tell you,compaired to Lisa David-Wheat they were amateurs. It has been over 24 hrs and my back muscles are still relaxed and I have had very good range of motion today. I don't get that much relief with muscle relaxers. It has been a long time since I have felt this good! Lisa is very knowledgeable and caring! I highly recommend her and I will be making another appointment very soon.

For anyone considering making an appointment, I highly recommend Lisa David. She is a very kind and considerate person with a calming tone. Not only did she pay attention to the places in my back where I had a lot of tension but when she got to my hips and realized one had a lot more tension on one side than the other she talked to me to try to get to the source (I have a baby that I carry exclusively on one side). I had been hesitant on going for a massage but she made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling very relaxed. I'm glad I went and I plan to return.

We love the Palms and especially Lisa, Lisa helps my daughter that has a muscle movement disorder so much! When she is done she can actually go home and get some good rest! Lisa always goes above and beyond with both my girls and myself! Hubby is next! lol!!
